Information to consider when sending files to NCS

Due to the nature of fonts and images, we require that files sent to us meet certain criteria to ensure that what you recieve is exactly what you want.

Supported Programs

7. Quark XPress
8. Microsoft Publisher
9. Microsoft Word
10. Corel Draw

We support most graphic files including:

.tif	.eps
.jpg	.pdf
.gif	.png
.wmf	.bmp

Preferred way of receiving graphics files:
(We prefer .tif for graphic format.)

Black & White or Line Art: 600-1200 dpi in a bitmap or .tif format.
Black & White Photograph: 600-1200 dpi in a .tif format.
Single Spot Color Graphic: 300-1200 dpi in a .tif or .eps format.
Two Or Three Spot Color Graphic: 300-1200 dpi in a Photoshop Document (.psd)
"each color being a separate layer" or in an .eps format.

If you are sending in color we cannot use full color (CMYK) artwork. It has to be spot color.

If you are using fonts that you have downloaded off the internet or any font that did not come pre-installed with your computer, please email us the font in addition to the graphics. These steps will help guarentee that you will get exactly what you want.
